THE PROCESS

DUE DILIGENCE

We run a comprehensive due diligence process on each site looking at qualitative questions such as ‘who would live here?’ and ‘what do they want?’ as well as quantitative analysis on each cost and income line to ensure the project is profitable for our investors.  The team runs an investment committee to ensure that the project is comprehensively appraised and tested.  Only when each of the above elements are satisfied do we make an offer.

ACQUISITIONS

With our in-house planning and design experience we are able to be opportunity led and will look at deals pre and post-planning predominantly in London and neighbouring cities.

PLANNING & DESIGN

With our in-house planning expertise we ensure our project designs offer an aspirational product for the end customer whilst maximising profits.  We strongly believe that everybody deserves to live in a well-designed home irrespective of budget.

FUNDING

We work closely with a number of market-leading debt providers to ensure that our investors get the best possible terms on each investment.  The Westgold leadership team have co-invested in projects to-date and are open to continue doing so to give investors comfort that our interests are aligned. We also provide regular investment reporting to our equity investors to provide comfort and insight into our projects.

BUILD

We work closely with leading industry companies which have history and experience of delivering schemes on time and in budget.

EXIT

Westgold works with best-in-class local agents to market properties.  Through years of experience in the residential property market, the team has built up an extensive list of contacts to market and sell our properties.
